I used to love the way I'd Google the name of some esoteric bit of music & post about it, & then he'd dash off in a mad scramble to Google it, too, & then we'd both discuss it as if it were old news to both of us.

Come back, Le Strand!

The show was awesome! Whole lotta rock and rolling ;)
Great production. They spent 6 million just for the intro. And let me tell ya it was awesome! There's a good video of it somewhere on utube. I'll see if I can find it.
There was a train on fire......cannons, Angus was a fanatic! Brian sounded very good. Then a ginormous inflatable Rosie comes out and mounts the train, movin to the music. Itr was very loud, my ears rang for 3 days. We forgot our earplugs and I think a majority of the people were wearing them... I had a blast!:D

Glad you had a good time at the show. I've never seen them live, so I am jealous!

Here's a photo I shot last night with my webcam after we got back from seeing My Bloody Valentine 3D:

I took it for a short post on my site demonstrating what today's 3D glasses look like (i.e. plastic nerd goggles) entitled "Woo-eee-ooo, I Look Just Like Buddy Holly."

Aren't they HOT?
