I got it instantly. When this photo was taken Sarah Jessica Parker was already in the movie "Footloose" with Kevin Bacon. She was in her early 20's then. No offence to SJP, but Tom Petty doesn't have a horse face. So how he looks like her, sounds silly. To quote Peter Griffin: "It's like you want me to be a judge in a Kirsten Dunst and Sarah Jessica Parker "hot body/weird face contest"...it can't be done." I love Family Guy!:]
