Stevie goes to Europe
Stevie has announced dates in July in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Dublin, Antwerp, and Amsterdam.

Wow. This is the most exciting thing she's done since the Songs From The Vault Tour. Maybe Australia and New Zealand will follow.
Could new music be released before this tour? |

As expected - not cheap! Ł86.85 - Ł234.40 for standard tickets in Glasgow. On balance - not for me. I'm sure a lot of people will have fun, but I wouldn't be happy paying that amount for a show (likely) not too dissimilar to her Hyde Park 2017 support slot. Still, if you're a diehard or haven't been before - Enjoy!

Not for me…it will be super expensive..
Maybe upto 10 years ago I would have considered going to see her.. but not theses days Same old playlist ….same old stories….same old frocks. |

This show might be worth going to. Even though she's been on the same tour since 2022, I have a feeling she's going to mix it up for the European dates since she hasn't toured there since 1989. |

Great small venue. Yes you re right she might mix it up…I hope she does. Are you thinking of going ? |

Was the Fleetwood Mac show there very good? |
She is like 76. This will probably be her last tour

I had seen video of previous shows so I knew what was coming…..but my husband who is not a big fan thought even 8 years ago they were going through the motions. We sat on Lindsey’s side so that was great…we missed Silver Springs the last encore song ( we had to race to catch last bus back to Halifax) .. So I cried all the way back…. Would I go and see them …yes I would, will I go and see Stevie…No. |

Silver Springs is great but that's probably the best example of going through the motions  I think Christine stopped playing Songbird on the Europe leg because her hand was hurting her. :( Did you go to Wembley Stadium for the 2019 concert? |
Quote:
No I didn’t go to Wembley 2019…I wouldn’t want to see them without Lindsey (well not after what happened in 2018). I can’t see Stevie doing Glastonbury…I would like to be wrong. She would fit the Legends spot on the Sunday afternoon…Shania Twain is doing it this year..but I think Stevie would ask too large a fee. Yusuf/Cat Stevens did it last year and was wonderful… |

Maybe Mick Fleetwood will join her on tour. |

Since OSOTM was her highest charting solo album in the UK and Europe, she should play the entire album for them.

I will, say this about all remaining 'Fireflies'. Also, please, recreate the original 'Rumours' American Indianeske 'Gold Dust Women' without the 'Crackhead dance'. This is distressing to watch, really it is. Just my opinion of course! Amen!🤗 |

Also I was bummed Fireflies was not on the 2018-2019 Tour setlist...doesn't matter that Lindsey wasn't on the tour, they still sang 3 of his songs, they could have sung Fireflies. |

I never understood why someone …in the band, management, lighting bloke just someone, never said… that dance you do it’s bad, real bad. |

I also feel bad about the recovered addicts that just want to hear 'Dreams', 'Landslide', 'Sara', 'Sisters Of The Moon', or literally anything other than watch this! It disconnects her from her audience, instead of connecting with them. Please recreate the original Rumours version of 'Gold Dust Woman' with the beautifully haunting atmospheric American Indian, eske sound, that we love. |

Free Fallin' has been played every show since October 2018. Please give it up. |
I hate to drone on about this stuff, but it's her really annoying combination of super lazy decisions yet extremely calculated. That zaps any sincerity out of it, for me personally. She knows Landslide is a big, emotional, casual-fan crowd favorite. So how do we amp it up yet another notch? Tie Christine's death into the mix. Super gross, in my opinion. I'm surprised she doesn't have a little spritzer water bottle in her pocket to mist her face with for some extra theatrics.
I wouldn't feel this way if she would have discontinued the Free Falling tribute by the next tour she did following Tom's passing. The fact that it's still there 7 years later proves it's less and less about Tom every day and more about wanting a schmaltzy schtick moment at the end of her show that completely lets her off the hook. I'm sure by this time next year the Christine stories will be even more exaggerated and completely skewed from reality. But don't expect the photo montage to be updated with different photos, that would be too much work for this well oiled roadshow carousel of hitz. End of rant. |

Is there any way, we can make suggestions and let her know what is best for her, going forward, so we can all stop droning on and on about her song and costume choices, etc...? I know I'm dreaming but I can't help but wonder If only.....! |
