hey one thing i really like about the mac is the fun penguin imagery. So why not post up some of the penguin graphics over the years. I cant remember where, but once i saw a picture of two penguins reenacting the rumors pose, does anyone have that image?

i have a scan of it straight outta the booklet from the album on vinyl. Hope you guys don't mind it being a bit faded.

I thought it was just something that came about after John fell in love with them whilst living near London Zoo with Christine. He talked about photographing them and thinking they were beautiful birds.

I love the penguins myself. Here's another one, a limited edition print that was done sometime between Rumours & Tusk. Notice that he is wearing one of Stevie's crescent moon pendants.

Why, you ask? Because while I'm most definitely not a tattoo guy, I was bitten by a brown recluse spider, in January, and I'm left with a 2" scar on my lower leg. The scar is slowly getting smaller, but doesn't look like it will completely disappear, so I'm waiting a couple of more months, then I'm gonna get my first tat, to cover it. And I've been thinking a penguin, would be the most obvious choice for me.

I really like that blue one, but that looks like a lot of color!

If you ask me, the penguins telling each other secrets from Rumours would work too.

I'm thinking I'll probably stick to one, just to cover the scar. It's down to about 2" now. I'm thinking a penguin, maybe about 4" tall, and about 2-2.5" wide, should cover it nicely. Not to mention, I'm allergic to pain!

But the more I think about it, I really like that blue one! But don't blue tats fade?

Anyone have the french Mirage penguin? Love that one.

Try and look for a 45 of Oh Diane. I think it's there.

The pain is the reason why I won't get a tat, but those dimensions sound good. The blue penguin is cool, but I like the sound of that Mirage penguin more, but that's just me.
