Johnny Stew was written about John Stewart. John Stewart wrote a song on one of his albums called Liddy Buck about Lindsey Buckingham.

Thank you for filling us in! Additional LB shows are to come, I believe. Let Jeremy Gloff know if you'd like to join - we need as much authority on LB as we can get. : )

I’m definitely a Fleetwood Mac fan that leads towards Lindsey.

I plan to tackle "Go Insane" and "Out Of The Cradle" - a Lindsey perspective would be appreciated and welcomed!! :)

Someone on the panel asked what "Mary Lee Jones" was about, so I dug up the Law and Order press release to find the answer.

"There's no person named Mary Lee Jones, at least not as far as I know. My girlfriend Carol heard this one and said it reminded her of herself about a year ago, but it wasn't written with her in mind. It could be about any of us during certain times in our lives. Musically it's pretty straight ahead, though the guitar solo at the end is fairly unusual."

In 2018 Lindsey described this album as a very sarcastic album calling it almost a comedy album. I think some of his Tusk frustration made this his creative outlet.
Looking forward to the Go Insane introspect. It has great songs and has my favorite Lindsey song other than Go Your Own Way, Loving Cup. But it has too many drum machines and programmed parts for my liking. Out of the Cradle is perfect.

Of all the few Lindsey solo albums I got, OOTC is the only one I listen frequently. It was the last I bought, too.

Law And Order is my favorite Lindsey album. I love every note on it. It's freaky deeky in all the right ways!
