Richard Dashut

Apologies if this question has already been answered in recent threads, but I was wondering about the absence of Richard Dashut on both Gift of Screws and Say You Will. Does anyone know the reason why he doesn't seem to be associated with either FM or Lindsey these days?

I understand that Lindsey and Richard were previously very close and even lived in the same house at one point. Is there any bad blood?

I don't know about all that...the last I heard Richard was living in Vegas and involved in an indie label there...

And when Lindsey was touring with UTS, when he was in Vegas, Richard was in the audience for both shows. So, I don't know why they parted (wondered that myself), but they seem to be friends now. Michele

I exchanged emails with Richard one time back around 1996 i think it was...he was very nice and shared some fun info about the making of Tusk with me .. as well as his and Lindsey's thoughts on Out of the Cradle... mainly being disappointed it didnt sell better...
Richard is a really nice man ... I think its just a matter of being too busy with his label work.. that and Lindsey preferring to record at home more....
