In fairness, I recall when I first heard the song, I thought it was Peter Green on guitar. I'd say it's Danny playing in his most "Peter Green-style" on that one. After a couple of listens it was obvious that it was Danny on guitar, but it sounds like the writer had only heard the album and "Oh Well" single once before he wrote his review, so I can sort of understand his confusion.

When I first heard it I thought it was PG on guitar as well. SF is probably right, the reviewer only heard it the one time. Although, it definitely doesn't sound like Green's voice!

When I first heard Without You, I absolutely loved it. So I figured it couldn't have been written Peter Green. ;) Still one of my very favourite songs.

Thanks for sharing this! I have two huge books of just reviews collecting new and period reviews (Galactic Ramble and Endless Trip) which I enjoy a lot. :cool:
