I could see this being true (though I have no way to prove it). If they are all getting along and she's enjoying her time with the band, why wouldn't she want to tag along? During the course of tagging along rejoining the band has most likely been on her mind but during the course of her tagging along came Johns diagnosis. Cancer is bigger than the band at this point. Christine has known John and Mick
forever and Stevie and Lindsey for almost forever...they have so much history and surely so much love. The members of FM are basically family and most families come together in tough times.
