Come to find out, Christine said she was living with John in Malibu in a flat right on the coast. She was actually near the ocean a lot. I truly believe that it creeped it's way into that album. I can hear it in a few places. Even the car horn in Sugar Daddy reminds me of her making her way back to LA in her convertable.

Oh my god, how could I have forgotten the organ solo in Crystal! Stevie has said the band taped Christine soloing on that instrument for hours and used various parts. I would love to hear more of those parts.
