As for recording, I think it's been like this for a while, I read a lot of older interviews and he genuinely wanted to record but she just avoided it, even when they were on relatively good terms. She'd just rather do her solo work because she can have it exactly how she wants and not deal with the power struggle that comes with being in ANY band. Because that's the truth, every band had these types of conflicts, it's just how bands work kind of, they breed dysfunction. And also, I think that her creativity is at a dead end. I believe that if she releases another solo project, it will be another 24 Karat Gold and I think that'll be telling.
