Last year I injured my knees from jogging. Then I went to physical therapy to learn exercises to heal them. I rarely did what I was supposed to do so only time healed me but the knees are still weak. Jogging is out. I continued to eat healthy for several months without exercising but then the winter blues got to me and I started eating a lot of the cheat foods again and they quickly add weight. I started walking 3.3 miles every day about a month ago and then decided last week to power walk and that hurt my knees again so now I will just walk at my regular pace, try to eat right and lift weights and I guess it is a wait and see attitude right now.

I gave up as I was sick to death of queuing at the Supermarket.
I found it easy(ish) except once or twice at a party, when I may have had a red wine or two.
Well done to us both.
