Time to be a massive step down from his work on
Behind the Mask. Country rock isn't a genre I really enjoy, and
Time veers far too heavily in that territory. The cheesy synths actually have some charm, and I actually the raucous "Blow by Blow" more than most people.
I agree that McVie's voice was still in very fine form, and she delivered some very fine songs, with "I Do", "Nights in Estoril", and "All Over Again" being my favorites.
