Hm, I hadn't thought of that. I'm still going with conked out, and not necessarily from drugs. To me, she has the look of a really tired person who is sleeping VERY soundly and snoring. This is an obviously old picture. I'm certain that the Stevie of today most definitely does not sleep with her mouth open (and drool dripping out). This picture captures her before she perfected the art of...perfection.
