Last night my husband had filet mignon and I had a chicken breast (both marinated in balsamic vinegar, chives, garlic, shallots and salt n pepper...cooked out on the grill). We also had steamed green beans w/ almonds and boiled new potatoes with parsley and butter. MMMMM!
Tonight: Gnocchi w/ marinara, baby asparagus tips and Italian bread.
