I didn't mention, that the 45 lbs in the past year, wasn't "all" of it. Three years ago, I was up to 215. Not obese, but very chubby. I lost 30, and maintained that. Last fall though, I had sort of a life changing epiphany, and decided that I was going to make some personal changes. Permanent changes. So yeah, from three years ago, 80 lbs lighter!

Ok well here's one of the posts where you said you were 215, but you said three years ago. I guess one year ago you were 180? And you thought that was too big?
