Later than 81, it appears there were many, "funk" lineups, but I think Jeff Whittaker was the common denomenator, I cannot be certain of this, but when I got involved that was my impression.
There are many thoughts and opinions that cannot be stated on a public forum!
Martin Celmins, when he finally tracked me down, said that he would have loved to have spoken to someone else from the "Whitakker era" as he called it, for the original book, before it became the "Official" biography, at least I was able to provide him with a photograph of the 84/85 lineup, too late to alter the text!
I am trying to track down some recordings of the period, which is how I stumbled upon this forum, particularly the live concert recorded in Stockholm and broadcast on Swedish radio, and the dreadful Spanish TV show, where Peter, in typical style, refused to mime to the lyrics, priceless!
