I just think it's interesting to think what might have been going on behind the scenes, with both of them. For example- haven't read Ken's book yet (on my Christmas list), but from what I've heard, he's not that nice to Lindsey. That's why I'm wondering if this event was before or after the band (allegedly on Lindsey's orders) refused to participate. If you wrote a book where you were critical of someone, it must be awkward to encounter them in person afterwards.
