The intro and the solo are absolutely Lindsey, as are all of the acoustic parts. Bob said as much over the years, and my ears agree with that. He said in one of the Q&As that Mick told him that "Sentimental Lady" is what it would have sounded like if he hadn't left the band.

To acknowledge the presence of the others does not tarnish Bob's legacy.
