“Killing Me” popped up on Spotify as a recommendation, and I actually loved it. So this is really weird seeing Lindsey and Omar Apollo chatting. You never know just how many contemporary music makers are drawn to the old Fleetwood Mac catalogue.
If you love Lindsey’s last two or three solo albums and you’ve never heard Omar Apollo, listen to “Killing Me,” “Go Away,” “Waiting on You,” and “En El Olvido.” As Lindsey noted, this guy has a huge sound palette, and he’s obviously intelligent and excited by all the music that has affected him.
