Hello John! Sorry to get back to you so late on this. I did get your private message asking about this, but I procrastinated because I can't be of much help.
This CD was a quick one off thing from an evening concert, and was only a limited release in India. I would prefer it stays that way to be honest! It was featured on my old website which was kept up for a short while in Thailand, which I hardly monitored, and I think it even went for about four years without an update.
It seems you have more info on it than I do as I don't have a copy of it nor the video! Sorry if this is rather vague, but I hope the info you do have is sufficient for your discography.
Red Sky Blues by the way is not on the CD, it's something I did on my ownsome in my desktop studio.
