when I first opened this thread I thought it was about that song 'shes some kindof of wonderful' the band name escapes me.
 I've never heard of the movie though

It originally was a hit for the Drifters and later Marvin Gaye...and even later yet, Huey Lewis & The News. (with a killer version by Buddy Guy, too)
