Question for our concert photographers :-)
To everyone who has been taking AMAZING pictures....
First of all, thanks so much for sharing them with everyone! Some of them are FANTASTIC, and I truly am jealous of your phototaking abilities. Which leads me to my next question...how do you do it?? I have a digital camera, and every time I take pictures at a concert, they turn out pretty bad. They're usually extremely blurry and not worth the effort. What settings do you use? Flash/no flash/nighttime flash? What about action/landscape/macro/blah blah blah? Any help would be very much appreciated! |

If you want to take good images with a digital camera put it on manual and put the fstop to the smallest number it can go to I.E f5.6 and have the shutter speed quite fast so that you don't get camera shake, it should be above 1/40 to avoid that. But if you have absolutely no idea what I am talking about you could just use flash but it would make no difference unless you were actually close enough for the flash to reach the performers otherwise you would get naff pics or peoples heads and the band blurred ~:S:S hope this helped, a bit lol
