Default Rumours Face Off: Round 3

Never Going Back Again has been voted off!

Vote for your LEAST favorite song from this album. I'll start a new poll within 24 hours with the next round. At the end we will have a winner, and move on to the next album. This is just for the rumours like up (hence being in the rumours section) so we will only be doing albums with all 5 members present (mick, john, christine, stevie, lindsey) I'm not sure if we should do live albums yet (Fleetwood Mac Live, The Dance) or keep it with just studio albums. But we'll cross that bridge when we get there. If you have any suggestions, feel free to PM me.

Vote for your least favorite song from the Rumours Album.

Rumours Album
Second Hand News
Dreams
Don't Stop
Go Your Own Way
Songbird
The Chain
You Make Loving Fun
I Don't Want to Know
Gold Dust Woman

Other Album Winners:
Rhiannon

I third that!
Someone said it was their least fave FM song ever.

Just goes to show how people can love the same thing but come at from an entirely different viewpoint. NGBA is one of my very favorites.
I find IDWK totally disposable. For me that would go before Songbird, because the latter is special to the band and shows end that way. It gives it a slight edge to me.

The Songbird-hating has thrown me for a loop! It's my favorite off the album!

Don't worry Songbird... I'll still love you...

I voted for Second Hand News. It's one of the ones that just makes me go "eh." But I agree that IDWK is due for an early exit, as well.

See the thing is, besides Oh Daddy, I listen to the entire album all the time. Songbird, IDWK, and NGBA are the only others I don't listen to as constant as the others. So I'm gonna vote for those I don't listen to as much, not what songs are better. Songbird I admit is soo much better than say Dreams, but I listen to Dreams more [Songbird is way to slow for me to listen to before school to get me pumped. lol.], so I'm gonna vote for it until it's up against GOYW, YMLF and Chain, which are my top songs on this record.

That's my mentality about these polls. lol.

Can't believe NGBA went last round. That is one of my favorites. This competitions are fierce.

Faint praise.

Christine's presence is so important to FM--yet terribly underrated. And as one critic noted, Go Your Own Way may be the best track on the record, but Christine's soulful You Make Lovin' Fun runs it a close second.

Well faint praise maybe but personally I can only count the Christine songs I like from her entire FM career on the fingers of one hand. But that is just me, and I know that she is dearly loved by so many.
