New Magazine: Record Collector Presents Fleetwod Mac
This came out today in the UK, and is a well-written and detailed history of the band, covering all eras and releases. It has two covers - the first half of the magazine follows the band up to 1975, then you flip it over to the Rumours side for their history up to the present day.
There's a discography, album reviews, features on all the principal members, and an interview with the founder of the Fleetwood Mac UK website. It's definitely worth a purchase: https://shop.recordcollectormag.com/...-fleetwood-mac |

I’ve only read one article in the pre 1975 half of the mag.
It was interesting and listed all the British blues bands they had played in prior to forming Fleetwood Mac. It gave a quick potted history of why Blues bands were forming in the early 1960’s in the UK. Nothing I didn’t know already, but a good start. Looking forward to the rest of the magazine. Good idea having pre ‘75 at the one end and post Buckingham Nicks at the other. Looking forward to reading the Lindsey article..”Big Loving” |

i'm actually saving it until i finish Leo rossi's book (because i can only focus fully on one fm thing at a time lol) but flipping through it quickly it did look like there might be some new stuff..some pics that are on the rare side? i noticed there are 2-page profiles of danny, jeremy, john, chris....might all be rehashed info taken from other sources but i don't know yet because i haven't read it lol. to me fm stuff is always worth it, money is tight but it's the only thing i spend money on that i WANT. everything else is what i need!
