It's still hard...
We're coming up on a year since Christine passed and I happened to revisit some videos from the last time I saw her and Lindsey. I almost didn't go to this show, what an idiotic move that would have been. Hard to watch without getting emotional.

BigAl... making me have tears. We lost a true legend.
The class act of Fleetwood Mac.

Once in a while, my brain will forget for just two seconds that Chris is gone and I'll catch myself start to think "dang, I hope they make a second Buckingham Mcvie album" It's hard to break that mental muscle memory.

Gone in a sense, but definitely not gone. Her voice and personality are still everywhere.

I miss her so much. Some of you share that grief with me--and that helps.

Still disbelief for me. I love when one of her songs comes up on one of my playlists or I play one of her discs.

I am soooooooo glad to get confirmation, too, that it IS her playing piano on “Coming Your Way,” which I’d assumed since I first heard it back in 82. The piano playing there sounds like her, not Jeremy. Many of us have been trying to nail down where she actually contributes to TPO. Some believe she contributed background vocals somewhere (where?) or that she played some piano on “Oh Well, Part 2.” I don’t hear any vocals and that sounds like another keyboardist on “Oh Well.” But “Coming Your Way” has her definite stamp. http://www.fleetwoodmac.net/ledge/sh...60#post1051360 Yes, I played piano on Kiln House, including Wurlitzer on Tell Me all the Things You Do. On Coming Your Way? No idea. Interesting that she didn't care for the "a slice of classical music, something like Brahms played backwards that comes in the middle of a jam session. I didn't really see the point of that." I had always wondered about that bit of Searching for Madge, too.

Me too. After 46 years of them being my band(and I'm only 24), it's still hard to process that she's gone.
