Which depending on who you believe might be July 31st, Aug 31st or some date completely different?

Actually last year Bob said "Thank you all for the birthday wishes ! Actually, my real birthdate is 08/31/45...I changed the month once, in a long-ago interview...and it stuck ;-)"
