Default Blackout in LA?

They've just said in the news there's been a huge blackout on LA. Hope everything it's under control.

I lost power for about 35 minutes and it is back on.

it could be an accident, but I dont see how a single worker caused it...Unless the worker was William Shatner and his wig got stuck in a substation
