Default Green era concert tapes

hi everyone
i wanted to know if anyone has a list of what green era mac shows are in circulation/known to exist or if there's a site that lists such a thing. I have to say i enjoy the concert recordings i've heard far more than the studio stuff. Peter's playing late 69 to leaving FM is bettered only by Hendrix imo and Danny's songs and playing are great if not in Peter's league. It's a shame that only the Boston box legally documents this.
thanks
ash

Actually, there's more than just the Boston Tea Party that was officially (or semi-officially) released.

There's also disc two of the ShowBiz Blues set and the Shrine '69 album; both of which are excellent.

Also, there's an album (in that grey area between "official" & "bootleg") called The Original Fleetwood Mac Blues Band that was recorded in January 1970 at the Fillmore West.

I guess there's at least 40 shows in circulation. I have
most of them on a list. Perhaps someone here has a
(more) complete list. If all say nada, I'll help you out.

Yes, Peter was incredible then.
I also think only Hendrix is comparable to Peter in the late '60s.

Here's my list of FM era Greeny.
Note that there are fake shows in circulation, such as Aberdeen '68,
which consists of Radio One sessions.

I agree.....

Nice of you to come up with a list....

What is your subjective opinion concerning Berlin,
is it listenable, or is it for die-hard fans?

thanks for putting your list up. It's nice to see so many concerts are around.
I'm new at this board but this is the kind of info that should be easy to find imo. It's easy finding stuff about the beatles, stones, hendrix, brian wilson etc but i'm really surprised that someone as good as PG appears to be so overlooked net-wise and in the public conscious. I guess he's a bit of a Syd Barrett/pink floyd in that respect (and others...hmmm)....those in the know swear he's the best but the general public think fleetwood mac is Stevie Nicks (roger waters/gilmour in floyd's case). Anyway, i'll be checking my tapes off against that list. Many thanks

Nice list, indeed. I think I'll comment/ask questions in the days to come, making comparisons to my list. But for now I'll just comment on the Berlin quality. IMO B- is too much credit. I'd rate it at C-/D, meaning: listenable for die-hard fans....

Yes, Berlin is a hard listen.
It depends on the grading system, I guess.
C- on my trading list is "totally unlistenable"...

There MUST be more recording out there somewhere - "new" Hendrix
tapes from the same time frame keep appearing 30-40 years later.

No, that's the whole thing. Don't take the list as gospel
