It is Stevie and this was one of HWIII's duo images he was into doing in the early 80's......I wish someone would have given credit for this picture..this was an unpublished photo of HWIII that should not have been posted without giving proper credit. There are many more "duo" unpublished photos by Herbie but it is sad that these photos have gotten out without the proper credit haven been given. Sorry, I wasn't aware of that. I just did a google search for Stevie photos and this was one of the ones that came up.
