Having Difficulty with Password
I have lost my current password and am only able to post because one of my devices has remembered it. However, if I’m not on this device, I can’t post or respond, so I have followed the instructions for getting a new password. However, the process takes me in a frustrating loop.
I get an initial email with instructions that tell me to click on a link that returns me to the page. I’m told once I do so a new password will be emailed. But none ever arrives and I’m stuck on the site unable to log in. Can a site administrator send me a new password to the email I have on file? |
