I was trying to give this Jeffrey guy the benefit of the doubt, but it's looking increasingly suspicious.
Perhaps he bought several copies? Or when the first one sold for as much as it did, he returned to wherever he bought it, and snatched up any remaining copies?
Those are possibilities, I suppose, but it all smells VERY fishy now.
