Apostle

The first PVK Album release "In The Skies", featured the instrumental called Apostle which was a bare somber but haunting piece. In the release of "kolors" a few years later, it reappears as a fully orchstrated tune. I know a lot of the songs were billed as outtakes of the prior PVK releases. Does anyone know what transpired woth this particular song? Who did the orchestration? When was it done? Is there any anecdotal reference to the mix?
