Happened to notice a recent 2-CD set, "Best of Peter Green Splinter Group", on Amazon. The release date is shown as 25 September, on the Snapper label. It looks like this is all previously-released material - anyone know for sure? Here's the product info:

Don't want to get into any discussions on the court case, but I'm guessing that everything has now been settled or else it would not be possible to release this CD set.
