I have them - absolutely essential listening. Finally get to hear Four Million Nobs (or One Million Nobs) which I believe mutated into Greeny (is this right) but is here played as a Freddie King salute and is extraordinary on the Marquee Tape. On the Ram Jam tape is more sedate and less inspired (to my ears).
Highlights: San-Ho-Say, So Many Roads, Stormy Monday, Tears In My Eyes, Four Million Nobs, The Stumble (natch). |

It's sad that they cannot be released officially - they are a treasure (musically, historically, culturelly). But as far as I remember there was legal complications about ownership). It's great to hear that AccidentalLight got lucky. How did you do that? Ms Moose |

Being a bit of a fanatic I googled around for a long time and stumbled upon a couple of sites which told you how to do it: Try this link and scroll down.
http://www.stevehoffman.tv/forums/ar.../t-260501.html There are three AFAIK available at present, Marquee, Manor House and Ram Jam. IMHO Ram Jam is the weakest of the the three currently available. The link above explains how to get the Marquee Tape which has Four Million Nobs which is worth any admission price on its own After you follow the instructions you may get a message from Tom - I was worried it had not worked out but the correct reply to that message opened the door. |
