A few short months ago, DeBurgio Records set out to find artists from all over the country to come together and record a set of songs for a free Fleetwood Mac tribute album. Using primarily craigslist and other social media, we were able to attract a varied, talented group of independent musicians, who were moved by the music and excited to pay tribute.

Yet another Fleetwood Mac tribute/cover album. They seem to keep on coming, which is a testament the impact and influence the band still has on other artists. Listening to those two samples, this may be the most listenable of all the cover albums; very simple and classy in approach. I wonder if the bare trees pictured on the cover are an intended reference. The album appears to have originated in Portland, Oregon, the city I love.

All of the tunes are available for preview. I like this tribute album better than the last, because the songs are truer to the spirit of the originals as opposed to the last album, which went all over the place. Rhiannon was horrible on the last tribute, but pretty good on this one.

I do have to say the vocals on "As Long As You Follow" totally sucked. Who the hell are these people? What a joke. Lol
