I'm guessing towards the end of her Klonopin addiction...92 or 93? She was thinner and much healthier looking in 91 during the Timespace era. Those pics are by far the worst I've ever seen of her...even rivaling some of those RAL tour pics (and that's saying something)

Believe it or not but these are actually from November 1989. She looked much better during the OSOTM tour, I blame the terrible makeup and wig, I usually don't mind her wigs but I'm just not sure what she was thinking with this one (I think she called it her Cher hommage?)

Putting aside the "Elvira with a perm" hair, just her waxy foundation and goth eyes make her look bad, whatever her health condition was.
