Doubtful. The time to tour Europe would've been after IYD with all the promo she did for that album, plus the Hard Rock Calling gig. The album didn't go top 10 in the UK, despite huge promotion. Maybe she feels that there's no point.

Any advice on what a cheapest flight from Europe (Netherlands) to one of the concert locations is?

Cheapest I can find is $350 for Amsterdam-New York but I heard there is a really super cheap airline now, or coming soon, I just can't find it online. :S

I flew to JFK with Iceland Air last year. Not the best airline when you're looking for comfort and you have a stopover in Reykjavik but it was pretty cheap. Air Lingus also flies to the States now and you have a stopover in Dublin. You probably know the websites Skyscanner.nl and Kayak.nl for cheap flights, but in case you don't, they're worth checking out. Good luck!

It's all about the money. She will not fill the larger venues cause she is not popular or known here, so it's not going to happen like for the past 27 years ....

Yes, look up the new airline WOW - it's based out of Iceland as well and advertise $99 fares from Europe to USA - I think to Boston but not sure. You can google.
