I wonder if Mick remembers great live performances of “Have You Ever Loved a Woman” and “I’ve Got a Mind to Give Up Living” and others that took shape in concert.

Half of the songs from his list are tied to him (or he thinks they are tied to him) directly. Tusk, WATL, Oh Daddy, Rattlesnake Shake…
I get it: he feels good to reflected in those songs. But it makes me wonder what he thinks about songs from 1970-74, and songs after 1979. I like the connection he makes between Love that Burns and Oh Daddy (Christine also plays on both of those songs). |
