I can hear the re-mix in just about every song on this new re-master.

I love both songs, so I'm not sure why one sticks and the other doesn't. Maybe because "Bad Loser" is the OG "bad" song. |

I love both songs too. I have made that mistake from the shores of Gitchie Goomy, to the hidden hills.

I have felt the cracks appear in my loving face over this.

I'm glad they replaced the badly photoshopped original In the Meantime cover photo with a normal one. At the time, I remember fans thinking she had plastic surgery. They must have thought the same thing not to have even included it at all in the reissue. They didn't even bury in the back of the booklet!
Christine McVie sounds identical to the 1997 remaster. There's no mention of remastering in the liner notes, so it's probably the same version. The booklet has a "new" photo of Christine, and the band members photos have been removed.

Christ on a cracker. Just saw your response. Babs had nothing on our queen!

Egads — Chris, not Christ! That’s my second typo in the sane thread.

They felt sincere, however.

I was beginning to think Rhino was a Liar—a Jack of hearts.

They did. Even when the funny little white car with the broken light appeared.

I don't dig some of the new choices ("Liar," "Calumny," "Forgiveness"), but even then the alternatives open my ears to cool parts suppressed in the original mix. "Friend," "You Are," "Bad Journey," "Anything Is Possible," and "So Sincere" are definitely improved by this process. |
