Is this Lindsey in the 1990 tour?

I just found this picture that supposedly is when Lindsey joined the band for a gig in the BTM tour.



However it looks very different from the video I found of that gig. I read he joined the band in the last 2 dates of the tour, to play Landslide, but their looks and clothes (specially Stevie's) in the video are quite different from the picture.

Is that picture really from 1990?
