And furthermore Dissention, if you could put up the dates, venues and setlists up somewhere, on this board for instance, I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate that.

The third is now being shared: it is the same 1971 San Bernandino show that the avid readers of this board already seem to have. The date is listed as 2-19-1971, however, not 3-24-1971.

OK, does that mean that there are now just 2 new shows in circulation?

8/7/70 Filmore East & 4/72 Waterbury, CT.

Apparently yes. I read the past threads on this board about the subject; Sharksfan2000 mentioned somewhere that someone had listed this 'obscure' third show as 2-19-1971, while most had it listed as 3-24-1971.

The track lengths should probably verify this:

1. Station Man 5.56
2. Get Like You Used To Be 3.47
3. Dragonfly 3.28
4. Purple Dancer 6.34
5. I'd Rather Go Blind 4.28
6. Tell Me All The Things You Do 13.25

Personally I'm glad to finally get this since this sounds great, both in quality and performance.

Yes, that's what I have. Mine is listed as 3/24/71, but it's the same show, same track lengths. And, it's a soundboard, too!

Yeah, but it has some noticeable hiss because of analogue transfers in between I guess. But I'd agree with your B+ rating on this.

I realized that I've had part of the San Bernadino show (and the 2/19 date sounds much more likely) for years - on side 2 of the old Merely a Portmanteau vinyl bootleg. I never realized what it was until I compared it to the San Bernadino disc earlier this year and realized it's the same show. Merely a Portmanteau has only "Station Man" and "Tell Me All the Things You Do". Track times are listed as 7:22 and 18:42. TMATTYD is not edited to fade out at the end of the track as the disc version is. And the sound on the vinyl version is noticeably better too.

I have a cassette tape I made from the vinyl, but I don't have the means to transfer it to cd-r. I'd be happy to send someone a cassette if they could put it onto a cd-r. I've got a few other things recorded from vinyl onto cassette, including the original studio versions of "World in Harmony" and "The Purple Dancer" (fantastic track!) and some Danny Kirwan & Peter Green solo and session stuff. If anyone's willing to burn a cd-r from my cassette and send me back a cd-r, I'd be very grateful, and then maybe we can start sharing this music too. If anyone wants to do that, please PM or email me.
***Got an offer to do that! Thanks! ***
I promise I'll share the discs after I get them back!

sharksfan2000, I'd like those original studio versions of "World In Harmony" & "Purple Dancer" when we eventually do our trade. I have the vinyl 45 with "Dragonfly" & "Purple Dancer", but it's pretty much unplayable with all the skips & surface noise.

Sure thing, macfan 57! My versions of those two songs are from a late '70s German LP called The Best of Fleetwood Mac. A misleading title for sure (it's mostly "Oh Well" and album tracks from Then Play On), but it also has both sides of the "Green Manalishi" and "Dragonfly" singles. My record has the usual vinyl surface noise, but pretty minor. Aside from a couple of annoying pops at the very beginning of "The Purple Dancer", it's very good sound quality.

Thanks, sharksfan2000. The Dragonfly side is so, so. It's tolerable. But, the Purple Dancer side is horrible. It's pretty much all snap, crackle & pop. And, that's when it's not skipping. I've been looking to get a good quality version on CD for a while now. And, I've never even heard "World In Harmony" yet. Thanks.
