Next to Fleetwood Mac and Queen...Journey was one of my favorites when I became one of the record buying public at age 12!
I saw the latest evolution of Journey this past September and they were great and I can't wait to see them this summer! I was so glad Steve Perry showed up as I guess he heard Neal Schon on a radio program stating he hoped Steve would come. I was surprised that everyone was there from previous line ups except for one missing Journeyman Greg Rolie! I wonder why he wasn't there as he was a big part of the band even selecting his replacement .

I hate all those arena rock bands from the '70s/'80s...Foreigner, Journey, Boston, Kansas, REO Speedwagon, Chicago, etc. The caterwauling male vocalists with the crispy hair and the tight jeans, the loud, cloying, obnoxious guitar solos...ick, ick, ick. |

I will never not be happy when Wheel in the Sky comes on, that's all I can say... and i believe Dust in the Wind was one of my first favorite songs...
