The link that I have it does not say that the sale is pending. It still says call for a viewing. Maybe it hasn't been updated. I hope that if he did sell it he can move on now.

It may be that it hasn't been updated. If not, when it says a sale is pending, doesn't that usually mean papers are being drawn up? Perhaps they're intending to close shortly...not really sure how these things work.
