Different Pete Brown. One was the lyricist who was Jack Bruce's long-time songwriting partner (the one who helped Joe's band), the other (the one you refer to, Steve) was one of the directors of the Beatles' Apple Records...(and also a long-time assistant to the late Beatles manager, Brian Epstein)
