omg my dad once told me about how he had a drink with this guy or something. he knew john lennon and my dad once photographed john lennon (don't worry I ask him what was john like about every second day of my life) and john was very chatty and friendly and so this guy and my dad had a good chat about john. now he's dead too. he lived a longer life than john but it's still sad. I never liked that show he was on but it doesn't matter.

Yes, and Peter Boyle was on John Lennon's "Behind the Music" and had the most difficult time when it got to the part about John's death. He just got so emotional and said he never talks about it because it is too hard. They were very close friends. During J.L's last years, they spent a lot of time together. His wife was one of Yoko's best friends.

That's very sad. I had no idea he was sick. It's always sad when some people who are really great get the recognition they deserve only after they pass.
