I Know I'm Not Wrong (Live) Powertabs
link currently offline
As per request. Sorry no bass, just Lindsey and what I assume to be what Neal plays (please read the performance notes) also the little keyboard part that is usually sung (Da Da Da Da Da Da... you get it). Last edited by ramattack22; 11-14-2009 at 12:37 AM.. |

I've just had a look through this and I'm not sure I totally agree with the chords during a couple of the parts but I want to take a more detailed look at it in case I end up putting my foot in my mouth. The solo seems excellent though.

I was surprised at what the videos revealed, particularly the da da da interlude.
These were the vids I used as reference http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvLlxqmh5wI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5NfhKiw9Jg |

This is absolutely brilliant, I can eventually play all thes songs that i have wanted to for years. These tabs are fantastic. The blisters on the tips of my fingers are not.
Cannot wait for more, this is what this forum is all about !!!! Great work. Thank you even more for sharing. Regards Paul

I've just had a look at this again and played along with it and I'm pretty sure that the chorus goes:
D - A - D - A D - A - D - A-E-A I don't think he's playing Dsus4 like you've tabbed out and you have him going to an E chord half way through the chorus where I'm pretty sure he plays an A. For the "da da da da" part I think it's A - F#m - D - D If you look at this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvLlxqmh5wI at just before the 2 minute mark you can see that he keeps the D chord shape and doesn't change to the A-E riff you've tabbed out. The reason it looks like he's playing B5 instead of F#5/F#m is because he's using his thumb to hold down the second fret on the E string so it looks a bit like he might be a string higher but if you listen you can hear the low F# root note. These are the chords I've always played it with from learning from the studio version(after transposing them down a bit) and sound right when you play it with any of the live versions. If you listen to the Bass Hall version and focus on the bass guitar you can hear the root note of what chord is being played and it's the same as the ones above. When I try playing the chords you've tabbed (after tuning down a semitone to Eb) it doesn't sound the same as what's being played. |

Aww, not again?! This was my favourite song both nights in Dublin -- hoping I can hear you play this some time? |
