There's 13 people in the video (including Lindsey), but I'm not sure who's missing from the above list. I thought I read somewhere that Rick Nowels was in this?

I remember reading of the Q&A sessions. Someone swore up and down they were not in the video, and the asker said they indeed were. But I can't remember whose Q&A this was from. Anyone know what I am talking about?

Yeah, the one that looks like Tom Petty.

You may be referring to Bob Welch.

Neil has a page devoted to this on his website. It helps seeing the pictures of all those involved I think.

After just viewing the video again...Dashut is nowhere to be found. Scratch him off the list.

I believe the older gentleman with the glasses is Nick Reynolds of Kingston Trio fame. It would make sense given Lindsey was/is a big fan of the trio and did make an appearance on a Kingston Trio celebration show around this time.

Speaking of the Kingston Trio, this is an excerpt from the San Diego Reader. Guitarist Joey Harris mentioned Lindsey when talking about how John Stewart fell ill while visiting Nick Reynolds.

http://www.sandiegoreader.com/bands/john-stewart/

"I joined John's backup band in 1975, right after I got out of [Coronado] high school," says Harris, who played with the Beat Farmers for 11 years. "I was with him until 1979, when Lindsey Buckingham convinced him to pick up an electric guitar. We agreed I should leave the band."

Both Jorgenson and Harris say that Stewart had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease last summer. "Hardly anyone knew about it," says Jorgenson. "Unless you really, really knew him, you couldn't tell he had it."

Jorgenson reports that Stewart lived in San Diego before moving to Pasadena at a young age. Lindsey Buckingham recently performed on four songs for Stewart's new album, recorded at Jorgenson's Pasadena-area studio. Stewart's wife now owns the masters to the unnamed album.

"It's kind of a car-themed album," says Jorgenson. "One of the songs is 'I Will Never Drive Again,' which addresses the Alzheimer's situation. Once you're diagnosed, you can't drive."

Well, that was around the time that Bob Welch did his "Bob Welch & Friends: Live At The Roxy" video (1981)...Mick Fleetwood & Bob Weston were involved in that, so maybe it coincided with the rehearsals for Welch's Roxy show.
