Answer: A drummer There was talk that Mick and his band would be staying at Christine's when they played Canterbury. I said at the time she'd better get some rules in place: No girls or alcohol in their rooms Cash in advance (it is Mick Fleetwood we're talking about here) Perhaps the rules were too much for Mick and lunch was as far as it went. I wonder if she paid She did go to the concert and Mick gave her a mention as far as I know but not by name - "You know who you are" Gail Last edited by Gailh; 04-02-2010 at 05:26 AM.. |

You can smell the pizza! I see Gail, that you have the exact same opinion of Mick, as I! While I'm sure he's a nice guy, Einstein he ain't! Let's call him, a master of poor life choices! |

Hey, for all of Mick's ruinous love affairs and poor personal money management issues, he did effectively manage the world's most famous band for 5-6 years, while playing great drums on stage, while expertly manipulating members of the band to join, re-join, and commit to rigorous tours even if they weren't initially game. That says a lot for him. I also think Christine adores him as a true friend. She has never made any other comments to the contrary.

Mick is the single reason why FM has kept going for so long. While Mick is still breathing there will be a FM. Sometimes I think he almost wants it too much and will do whatever it takes to get an FM album out even if that probably wasn't the right decision Gail |

He's mercenary. He's manipulative, but he's also a loyal and loving person. He's kept FM going and he is the one who makes it a point to keep up with past band members. Only Mick would form the MFBB, get Rick Vito to join as lead and travel around the world playing music from FM's very beginnings. Christine said that there's not a day that goes by when she doesn't think of Mick and John and when she talks of him losing his money and sleeping on an old mattress on the floor of someone's basement, I think that memory of him hurt her very much. His pain was hers. I think the bit when he collected her from the piano after Songbird and they kissed was very genuine and representative of their enduring affection. Michele |

I just found the real photographs but I have to sign up to Rexfeatures to get the full sizes. They're tiny, but for now, it's the best I can do.

These are great to have Buttercookie. They are better than the magazine shots. Thanks for finding them.

As for the leash, I think the answer is: the dog. |

Since there's only 1 dog leash, maybe one of her dogs has died. I think she's had them for quite a while. |

I'd hope not, but if she's had them a long while, it's inevitable
