Can anyone here help me out with good alectric acoustic amps to buy @ reasonable prices.

If you can give me a website to were I can look @ some would be great.

I got it narrowed to Acoustisonic Jr (319$) and Acoustisonic 30 (419$)

I would go for the Jr. if I were you, I don't think the extra $100 is worth it for what you get. The Jr. has WAY more than enough for a relative beginner.

They're both great amps though, so whichever one you get you'll definitely be happy with it.
