Well it's a good idea but if anyone want to start chat in a chatroom he/she can always goto NicksFix Stevie Nicks official website chatroom there.

People have suggested this for years and years, but don't realize the cost of making it happen. We're talking about thousands of dollars. To the best of my knowledge, this is not a self sustaining board... Michele, the owner, has to pay out of her pocket to keep it going for all of us fans. From what I understand, she's sunk quite a shocking amount of money into the board over the years to keep it going. So unless the board suddenly becomes profitable by large amounts of Ledgies becoming supporting (aka paying) members... I wouldn't count on it happening.

Wow I really had no idea about any of this! I will definitely be becoming a Supporting Ledgie as soon as I can, I've wanted to be one for awhile now. In response to the chat thing, it would definitely be way cool, but we can survive with the Nicksfix for now.

I don't see the point of having a chat room within a forum designed for chat. Seems a little anachronistic. There are plenty of threads on the site that hold constant chatter anyway, an they move as quickly as an instant chat, plus you can have more of a voice as IM limits your characters. Most of us have too much to say to cope with that.
